Daily from 10:00 to 18:00. Early entry from 8:00 is granted with a trade visitor ticket

• Important: Complete the personalisation after urchasing your ticket to receive it. 
• Redeem discount code: If you have a discount code, enter it in the window below – a code can only be redeemed directly at purchase. 
• Visitor tickets: The digital QR code on your smartphone is sufficient to gain access to the exhibition grounds. Optionally, you can have a badge printed in the foyer or at Entrance 2. 
• Exhibitor, trade visitor and press tickets: These tickets must be printed as a badge in the foyer or at Entrance 2. 

Most dealers prefer cash payment. Bring sufficient cash to complete your collection. A cash machine is available in the foyer – waiting times are to be expected.

Locations: Next to Entrance 2 in the Paris room and in the basement in front of the New York Bar.
Cost: €4 per item of luggage or jacket

The Estrel Congress Centre is fully accessible via ramps, threshold-free passages and lifts. When arriving by car, there are four designated accessible parking spaces in the hotel’s underground car park. 

All S-Bahn/U-Bahn stations mentioned in the travel information are accessible. 

Food stalls and beverage bars can be found in the foyer of the main entrance. Gastrobikes can be visited in the Rotunda, in Foyer 1 and in Convention Hall II respectively. Additionally, you can obtain food and beverages at the Food Café in Convention Hall II.
