Ticket-ShopFAQ – World Money Fair 2026
The World Money Fair will be held in Berlin from 29 to 31 January 2026. The Technical Forum will take place one day earlier, on 28 January 2026.
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site, but they are more expensive than online tickets. Please also expect waiting times, as all tickets must be personalized. We therefore strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online, where you can complete the personalization process conveniently from home right after the purchase.
The fair is open to visitors daily from 10:00 to 18:00. Trade visitors may enter the venue from 08:00 onwards.
Ticket personalization is mandatory for all attendees. It contributes to the safety and security of everyone on-site and ensures a smooth and controlled visitor flow. If you purchase your ticket online, the personalization is completed immediately after the purchase. Tickets bought on-site will be personalized at the designated stations and printed afterwards.
No discounted tickets are available. Children up to and including the age of 16 receive free admission when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Child tickets can be added in the MyTicket portal under “Additional items” in the order.
Free child tickets are only available in combination with day tickets or permanent tickets and are therefore valid from 10:00 a.m.
Discount codes can only be applied to day tickets. Trade visitor tickets and permanent tickets are not eligible for discounts.
No, tickets cannot be transferred. Since each ticket is personalized, it is only valid for the person named on it.
Ticket cancellations are generally not possible. Please refer to the information provided in the ticket shop for further details.
After completing the personalization process, online purchasers will receive their ticket as a Print@home PDF or as a wallet ticket. Both formats are accepted at the venue. At the entrance, you may also choose to have your ticket converted into a badge. This badge conversion is mandatory for trade visitors, press representatives and Technical Forum participants, while regular visitors with day or season tickets may choose to convert their ticket but are not required to do so.
